Welcome to Buckfort Medical Equipment. By booking, reserving, or renting mobility equipment from Buckfort Medical Equipment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a reservation.

1. Rental Agreement

Buckfort Medical Equipment provides mobility scooter and wheelchair rentals for short-term use. By submitting a reservation, the customer agrees to provide accurate booking information and follow all rental rules, safety instructions, and return requirements.

2. Reservation Deposits

To reserve rental equipment, Buckfort Medical Equipment requires a deposit.

Mobility Scooter Deposit: $75  

Wheelchair Deposit: $50

Deposits are required to secure your rental date and equipment availability.

3. Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

All reservation deposits are non-refundable.

If a customer cancels a reservation,  or chooses not to use the equipment after booking, the deposit will not be returned.

The deposit amount may only be applied toward a future rental date with Buckfort Medical Equipment.

Deposits cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or returned to the original payment method.

4. Future Rental Credit

If a customer needs to reschedule a rental, the deposit may be held as a credit and applied to a future rental date, subject to equipment availability.

Deposit credits must be used for a future Buckfort Medical Equipment rental and may not be redeemed for cash.

5. Payment Terms

The remaining rental balance must be paid according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking. Buckfort Medical Equipment reserves the right to cancel or refuse service if full payment is not received.

6. Delivery and Pickup

Buckfort Medical Equipment may offer delivery and pickup services based on location, availability, and scheduling. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring access for delivery and pickup.

Delays caused by incorrect addresses, lack of access, or customer unavailability may affect delivery times.

7. Equipment Use and Responsibility

Customers agree to use rented equipment safely and only for its intended purpose. The renter is responsible for the equipment during the rental period and may be held responsible for damage, loss, theft, or misuse of the equipment.

8. Returns

All rental equipment must be returned on time and in the same condition in which it was provided, normal wear and tear excepted. Late returns may result in additional rental charges.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may contact Buckfort Medical Equipment to request a reschedule. All reservations remain subject to equipment availability.

As stated above, all deposits remain non-refundable and may only be used toward a future rental.

10. Limitation of Liability

Buckfort Medical Equipment is not liable for injuries, damages, losses, or delays resulting from improper use of rented equipment, customer negligence, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Changes to Terms

Buckfort Medical Equipment reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
